Subject:CrossDos with HD-Mountfiles

Yesh!

Usually I had important data stored on a MS-DOS formatted HD, that was mounted manually via a mountfile.
Last week I tried to mount the drive, and it didn't worked.
So I made a mountfile-entry with HD-Toolbox, but it also didn't worked.
Finally I choosed MSD and MSH for a spare partition of mine, but when trying to format those 250 and 150 MB-Partitions I get a "Error 254" as a response, and the disk is still not accessible.
Someone has a hint for me?

Mountfile entry:

/* MS-DOS-Partition. */

Filesystem = L:CrossDosFileSystem
device = scsi.device
Unit = 0
Flags = 0
Surfaces = 8
BlockSize = 512
BlocksPerTrack = 252
Reserved = 2
Interleave = 0
SectorsPerBlock = 1
LowCyl = 2 ; HighCyl = 255
PreAlloc = 0
Buffers = 30
BufMemType = 0
DOSType = 0x4D534400 (<- Also tried 0x4D534800)
MaxTransfer = 16777215
Mask = 0x7ffffffe
Mount = 0
